Ann 'Wyly' Gregory grew up in Aberdeen South Dakota. She was raised in Law and Real Estate and went on her first listing appointment at the ripe age of 11.
After graduating she moved to Minneapolis, Minnesota and obtained her degree from University of Minnesota. She has a BA in Speech communications with minors in Spanish and Cultural Studies with Comparative Literature. She also completed half an Economics degree. During that time, she immersed herself in the culture for her studies in Cuernavaca Mexico and Mexico City.
Looking for a new adventure and on a whim, moved to Arizona in 1998. Ann married into Property Management and for some time was a dual broker in New Mexico with 450 properties managed in that state as well as her business in Arizona. She has been successful in building her Real Estate career and has been in the market for 19 years. In addition, she started a successful Window Cleaning and Shaved Ice business.
With experience all over the Valley in Real Estate as well as intimate local area knowledge, Ann works extensively with people to meet their real estate goals, maintaining the value of their assets while realizing a positive cash flow.
